The CaptiveOne U.S. Open Polo Championship, the third and final stage of The Gauntlet of Polo, began on Wednesday 27 March with Coca-Cola defeating La Indiana 12-10. The action has continued since, with a plethora of matches played. Pilot remain undefeated and therefore are still in with a chance of winning the $1,000,000 overall prize money if they are able to maintain this success. The results so far are as follows: Thursday 28 March: Tonkawa defeated Postage Stamp Farm, 10-8 & Santa Clara defeated SD Farms, 13-6 Friday 29 March: Iconcia defeated Equuleus, 8-5 & Park Place defeated Old Hickory Bourbon, 13-11 Saturday 30 March: Pilot defeated Stable Door Polo, 15-6 Sunday 31 March: Las Monjitas defeated Daily Racing Form, 9-8 & Aspen defeated Cessna, 14-8 The action continues this week with Coca-Cola vs Iconica on Tuesday 2 April, Tonkawa vs Pilot & Postage Stamp Farm vs Stable Door Polo on Wednesday 3 April, SD Farms vs Cessna, La Indiana vs Equuleus & Old Hickory Bourbon vs Las Monjitas on Thursday 4 April, Santa Clara vs Aspen & Park Place vs Daily Racing Form on Friday 5 April, Coca-Cola vs Equuleus & Postage Stamp Farm vs Pilot on Sunday 7 April.
