Yesterday, Wednesday 28 August, saw the Semi Finals of the medium goal Gold Cup take place at Santa María Polo Club. In the first Semi Final of the day, Ayala continued their winning streak, with an 11-6 victory against rivals Sainte Mesme. Brunei followed suit after this, with a 12-8 win against La Esperanza. The Final, which will be a repeat of The Copa de Bronce Final earlier this season, will take place tomorrow, Friday 30 August, at 6pm local time and will see Ayala try and retain their 2018 title. In The Isolas 1892 Bronze Cup, Rhone Hill and La Clarita will battle for the ultimate honours in the Final, due to also take place tomorrow, following their narrow wins against their oppoents, La Esperanza and Aguilas respectively, on Tuesday 27 August.
