Sat 4th Jan 2025 The Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo Six teams to compete over 17 – 18 January The 2025 Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo will take place at AlFursan Equestrian Village within the surroundings of AlUla’s stunning desert landscape. Six teams featuring some of the top names in polo including Adolfo, Mia and Poroto Cambiaso; Milly Hine; Nacho Figueras and Pablo Mac Donough will be competing over the two day competition in the purpose-built desert arena for The Desert Polo Trophy.  In addition to experiencing world-class polo, spectators will be able to watch the arena action from premium viewing areas, as well as luxury lounges, a Kids Zone and cultural activities including live performances. AlUla is a place of extraordinary natural and human heritage and covers an area of over 22,500 km² and includes a lush oasis valley, towering sandstone mountains and ancient cultural heritage sites dating back thousands of years to when the Lihyan and Nabataean kingdoms reigned. The most well-known and recognised site in AlUla is the ancient city of Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site and has 111 well-preserved tombs, many with elaborate facades cut out of the sandstone outcrops surrounding the walled urban settlement.
