Thu 23rd Jan 2025Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz Begins Tomorrow Players in team practices on the frozen Lake St. Moritz today
The team practices kicked off the action on St. Moritz this morning, with perfect conditions for The 40th Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz. The tournament begins tomorrow in the world-famous alpine resort with over 25,000 spectators expected to watch the six international teams over the course of the weekend. Following a recent injury, Flexjet’s team line-up has been altered with the supremely talented Facundo Sola replacing Uruguayan maestro David ‘Pelón’ Stirling. The change didn’t seem to impact the team in this morning’s practice. The tournament begins tomorrow at 11am with TAOS vs Mackage, followed by Flexjet vs World Polo League at 12.15pm and Kusnacht Practice vs Azerbaijan - Land of Fire at 2.30pm.
