Mon 3rd Aug 2026 Standing Rock Supreme Standing Rock crown Victor Ludorum campaign with Challenge Cup victory Standing Rock completed a remarkable British season on Sunday 2 August, defeating Tamodi 12-7 in the Final of the 18 Goal Challenge Cup at Cowdray Park Polo Club to secure both the tournament title and the 2026 18 Goal Victor Ludorum Championship.    The victory capped a memorable campaign for Swiss player Pierandrea Müller, who was named Most Valuable Player in the Final after another influential performance. The 25-year-old has enjoyed a landmark year, having already wrapped up the 8 Goal Victor Ludorum title before the conclusion of the season. Earlier this summer, his impressive form was also recognised with a handicap increase from 3 to 4 goals, making him the first Swiss player in history to achieve a 4 goal handicap.    Despite an injury to José Araya earlier in the season, Standing Rock found their rhythm once the team reunited, producing a series of consistent performances to finish the campaign on a high.
