Tue 8th May 2012Man arrested in connection with Sibusiso Duma's murder Intelligence operation tracks down murder suspect
A 24-YEAR-OLD MAN appeared in court yesterday, accused with the murder of South African polo player Sibusiso Duma. The suspect was arrested on Saturday, four days after Duma was stabbed to death in Lidgetton, Howick, in South Africa. Police have reportedly recovered a "type of flick knife", which they believe to be the murder weapon. It has been sent for forensic analysis. Duma, who became South Africa's first black polo international in 2009, was due to travel to England for the summer season. He will be laid to rest in his hometown, Impendle, on 12 May.
